The mission of the Polish Cultural Centre KROK ASBL is to build an active, open, and integrated community of Polish people in Belgium and to create a space where Polish culture, language, tradition, and history can be nurtured and passed on to future generations.
We believe that culture has the power to bring people together. That is why we create events, educational projects, and community initiatives that foster integration, develop interests, support children, youth, and adults, and encourage active participation in local community life.
We want everyone — regardless of age, background, or experience — to find their place, people, and inspiration to take action at KROK.
KROK is not just events. It is people, relationships, education, culture, and joint action.
We want to create a recognizable and open centre for Polish culture in Belgium that will serve as a meeting place, a space for growth, and a hub for cooperation — both for Polish people and for anyone interested in Poland and its culture.
Our ambition is to foster partnerships with schools, community organizations, public institutions, local governments, and international partners. We aim to create projects that reach beyond a single community, demonstrating that cultural diversity can be a source of mutual understanding, respect, and new opportunities.
